School teaching personnel

This screen displays data related to attendance, average salary, academic preparation, and performance of teachers and principals. The ESEA, as amended, states that all students, including those who are economically disadvantaged, will be served by qualified teachers. For this reason, on this screen, you can filter schools by their poverty level, categorized as High, Low, or None. The identification is carried out by ordering the schools from highest to lowest poverty. The schools identified as High are those with the highest percentage of students whose families are below the poverty level. Schools identified as Low are those with the fewest students below the poverty line. The schools in the None group are those that are not among the highest or lowest in poverty. In this way, it is possible to identify whether students are served equitably by qualified and experienced teachers.
